The day the panda was crowned king, everything changed.
‘From now on, everyone has to look like me,’ the king commanded.
The animals were confused, but they all pulled on black-and-white panda costumes, while the king paraded about in their outfits –especially the bright, colourful ones. Until he tried on the mandrill outfit. And the slug suit.
‘So bare,’ he muttered. ‘You can see everything!’
The embarrassed king pulled his own coat back on and the animals breathed a sigh of relief.
They could be themselves again.
