Tim Gladdines graduated from the Maastricht Academy of Performing Arts. Since then he has been a writer, poet, translator, director and drama teacher. He made his debut with Teddy Cloud (1996) and has published several children’s books and picture books. In recent years he has published mainly children’s poetry.
